A Sous Chef is required for this excellent fine dining restaurant located in a beautiful part of Lancashire.

Set in a historic and picturesque part of the country, the award-winning restaurant combines traditional character with a contemporary style to create a relaxed feel.

They are currently looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef with at least a 3AA Rosette background.

As Sous Chef, you will:

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing and leading a professional brigade
  • Be able to lead by example to ensure consistency is filtered throughout the team
  • Have a firm but fair management approach
  • Be a talented and professional Sous Chef to ensure the high expectations are met
  • Be responsible for assisting in overseeing all aspects of this busy kitchen operation ensuring ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team
  • Possess solid man management and kitchen management skills
