Salesforce Technical Lead

As a leading Salesforce partner, they are dedicated to delivering exceptional value through innovation, technical excellence, and an unwavering commitment to their clients.You will be speaking with high-level stakeholders and bridging the gap between the technical team and the business whilst designing scalable technical Salesforce solutions. You will work in a collaborative, friendly environment with some very well-seasoned Salesforce Architect to identify and design the technical road map. This role is for someone who loves being hands-on with the code and being client-facing.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Salesforce solutions utilising Apex coding and Lightning Web Components.Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.Optimise existing Salesforce platforms, ensuring seamless integrations with other enterprise systems.Customise Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts to support complex workflows.Maintain and Upgrade existing codebases to stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices.Troubleshoot and Resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring high availability and performance of the platform.Experience and Skills:Must have experience working in a Salesforce consulting environment Strong background in Salesforce solution design and implementation, ideally across multiple clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience).Demonstrated experience liaising with senior stakeholders and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, middleware, and data modelling.Previous involvement in end-to-end Salesforce implementations, from discovery to deployment.Experience working in agile environments and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are highly desirable.Benefits:4% Matched Pension.Health & Dental Care.25 days holiday + BH.Gym.Flexible Working All Certifications and training paid for.
