With 10 current live sites and a further 3 due on site imminently, they are enjoying a period of sustained growth and as such are looking to permanently expand their commercial team by adding a senior Project QS to support the increased workload and manage their flagship scheme.Your new role As project QS, you will work as part of an experienced team of 5 directly responsible for managing your own project, reporting monthly to a commercial director. You will be site-based with visits to the office as needed. You will be involved in all stages of the multiphased project, from procurement and site set-up through to final account.What you'll need to succeed You will be working in a similar role with clear experience of delivering residential projects, ideally on behalf of housing associations.
