It's more than just a job - it's a chance to give back, grow your skills, and be part of a team that truly cares.What will a day in the life of a Support Worker involve?Providing practical and emotional support, including welfare calls, shopping, and home visits.Supporting adults after a hospital stay to help them recover safely at home.Responding to referrals from clinicians and community health professionals.Assessing needs and following a personalised support plan for each service user. To be a successful Support Worker, what will you need?A kind, calm and confident approach with great people skills.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive service vehicles.Basic IT skills and a commitment to following procedures.
