Principal Program Financial AnalystRapiscan Systems is a global leader in detection technology, delivering advanced cargo and vehicle inspection systems for ports, borders, military, and high-security facilities. Our innovative X-ray solutions help combat terrorism, smuggling, and trade fraud across the globe.We’re currently seeking a Principal Program Financial Analyst to join our team. This strategic role partners closely with program management to drive financial performance across multiple programs within Rapiscan, AS&E and S2 Global.Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is essentialKey Responsibilities:Lead project accounting activities, including estimates-to-complete (ETC) and estimates-at-completion (EAC)Prepare and analyze program baselines, actuals, and variancesDeliver financial insights to Finance and Management teamsDevelop budgets and forecasts for revenue and R&D programsSupport monthly forecasting and gross margin analysisRespond to customer financial data requestsEnsure accurate month-end financial entriesCollaborate across departments in a fast-paced environmentQualifications:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsHigh attention to detail with analytical problem-solving abilityExperience in program finance/accounting, especially ETC/EACSkilled in Excel and PowerPointBackground in Finance or Accounting preferredKnowledge of financial costing, pricing, and US GAAP is a plusNOTICE TO THIRD PARTY AGENCIESOSI Systems, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively “OSI”) does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies.
