Role Overview:
As a Salesperson, you will take the lead in driving sales growth across the Northern UK region. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and promote the full portfolio of medical aesthetic devices. In addition to sales, you will provide clinical training and support to ensure that customers are well-equipped to use the devices effectively. This hybrid approach allows you to blend your sales expertise with technical knowledge to deliver a comprehensive solution to clients, ensuring their long-term success with our client's products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Focus: Drive business growth by selling medical aesthetic devices to clinics, hospitals, and private practices across the Northern UK region.
  • Customer Engagement: Identify potential clients, build lasting relationships with clinical leads and decision-makers, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Market Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that target key market segments, promoting high-demand devices such as laser and microneedling technologies.
  • Clinical Support: Provide product training and technical support to customers, ensuring they are fully confident and proficient in using the devices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to nurture leads and ensure that customers have the support and financing needed to make informed purchasing decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in medical device sales or a similar field, with a focus on growing revenue and market share.
  • Strong knowledge of the medical aesthetics industry, particularly related to devices and energy-based technologies.
  • Ability to offer clinical insights and technical training to customers to complement the sales process.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel across the Northern UK region to meet customers and provide support.
