Services Resource Planner

We have an exciting opportunity for a Services Resource Planner to join our Aberdeen team reporting to the Manager Central PMO. The Resource Planner plays a crucial role in managing resource planning data and driving the resource planning process for the John Crane Service Organisation. This includes overseeing personnel and hardware resources as well as maintaining a global resource plan in collaboration with Delivery Managers. Key responsibilities include managing field service equipment in the UK particularly at the Aberdeen facility while ensuring proper calibration and maintenance of equipment. The role also involves administering purchases training requests and timesheets to support alignment with planning efforts. With an emphasis on continuous improvement the Resource Planner participates in relevant training and contributes to refining systems to support the organisations strategic expansion.

This role is based from our site within Aberdeen working Monday to Friday normal office hours. (hybrid working)

Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Maintain global resource plan for John Crane Service Organisation in close collaboration with Delivery managers across the Service Organisation
- Maintain the calibration and maintenance system for Field Service Equipment for the John Crane Service Organisation in close collaboration with Delivery managers across the Service Organisation
- Coordination of movement for the field service equipment
- Manage the field service equipment in the Aberdeen facility
- Administer purchasing training requests and timesheets to support reconciliation with plans
- Participate in the continuous improvement of systems
- Participation in relevant training.
Qualifications :
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent communications skills able to network across the business
- Great organisational skills
