Accountancy Action are seeking a Purchase Ledger to join an expanding business in Hertfordshire on a temporary 3 month contract.

This position is full time paying between £16 - £18ph and will be fully office based.

Duties include:

  • Dealing with purchase ledger invoices
  • Accounts payable
  • Matching, batching, and coding purchase invoices
  • Invoicing
  • Entering GRN and invoices on purchase ledger - system used EasyBuild
  • Dealing with incoming phone queries

Please note the successful candidate will need previous experience purchase ledger, possess strong IT skills in particular Excel and be able to start a position immediately.

Due to the location of the offices, candidates must drive and own their own car in order to be considered for this role.
