Key Responsibilities

Required skills and experience:

The Data Coordinator is responsible for supporting all Procurement data requirements as part ofthe implementation of D365. This includes responsibility for creating & implementing a process for the transferof data from legacy systems into D365 and ensuring the right actions are established to maintain going forwards.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:

  • Work with the Procurement Data SME to define, manage and maintain an appropriate set of vendor records with required contracts / price frameworks
  • To develop an aligned framework for vendor Data that allows sustainable transfer of Data / vendor information into our ERP system.
  • To develop templated price lists with our direct suppliers and processes / mechanisms with the suppliers for the maintenance of Data in our systems on an ongoing basis
  • To build operational and sustainable processes with our supply base that allows the transfer of new Data into our system.
  • Work closely with the central Procurement team to understand key operations performance metrics for the factories and ensure balanced decisions are taken considering all cost elements.
  • To develop and maintain a process for onboarding new supplier data

Profile

Essential

  • Advanced knowledge of full Microsoft Suite (especially Excel).
  • Familiar with MRP systems i.e., D365, SAP, Oracle
  • Experience of working in a procurement environment

Desirable

  • Experience of implementing a new ERP system
  • Experience of D365
