The role is to start ASAP and is full time with an ongoing end date. For this role you must: Have an academic background (degree or similar) Have worked with pupils before in a support role Be able to work full-time school hours term time only Mon to Friday 8.30-3:30pm from ASAP EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Experience with SEND is compulsory Experience in Primary or Secondary Schools Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as Safeguarding training is provided) CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location Wakefield ( WF8 ) Position Special Needs Teaching Assistant Start date - January Full Time Hours 08:30 - 3:30 The minimum rate of pay Minimum rate GBP 90 per day. Working with ASC and SEMH students.
