Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Engage with potential tenants and landlords, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings, showcasing the best features of new listings.

Negotiations: Handle negotiations between landlords and tenants to secure successful lettings.

Marketing: Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties.

Administration: Manage tenancy agreements, references, and other administrative tasks.
