The successful candidate will report to the Cyber Governance, Risk, and Compliance Manager. This role focuses on defining, maintaining, and testing resilience plans for the organisation, includingBusiness Continuity, Incident Response,andDisaster Recovery. You will work closely with multiple teams across the IT department and the wider business to ensure that resilience strategies are robust and effective. Strong planning and communication skills are essential, as is previous experience in cyber resilience. In addition, the responsibilities of the Cyber Resilience Analyst will include: Conducting analysis on business systems to understand and document the impact, scope, and recovery path in relation to cyber incidents. Contribution to incident reviews to ensure learnings are taken to improve our resilience. Identifying and escalating weaknesses in the resilience strategy. Working with project and change teams to ensure new developments are designed with resilience in mind. This role is based in our Deeside head office, with a minimum of 2 days per week spent working from here. Specific skills and capabilities we are looking for: Essential Previous experience in cyber resilience (Business Continuity, Incident Response, Disaster Recovery). Excellent documentation and report writing skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage complex plans. A general understanding of how enterprise-level IT systems work together. Desirable Experience with Microsoft Azure (particularly ASR and Recovery Services). Experience with VMware technologies. Familiarity with the Microsoft Defender suite. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
