Starting Salary - £40,000Monday to Friday with some evenings and weekends depending on workloadsOverviewWe’re looking for a proactive Field Operations Manager to provide visible leadership and operational oversight across our Fire, Water, and Strip-Out teams. This is a field/office-based role (2–3 days per week in the field) that combines hands-on technical support with project management, compliance auditing, and people development.You’ll ensure every claim is treated like a project, safe, efficient, compliant, and right the first time. From auditing live jobs and enforcing health & safety, to mentoring Supervisors and driving surge planning, you’ll be a key leader in shaping consistent, high-quality operations.This is a highly visible role where leadership, accountability, and professionalism are vital.
