COMMERCIAL GAS ENGINEER REQUIREDPurpose:Opportunity to join a growing team offering mechanical building services to a wide range of clients including schools, factories and commercial buildings. Offering planned maintenance, reactive call outs and small works to our clients. Candidate must be able to liaise with clients and show a good knowledge of the services offered to be able to keep clients informed on the works undertaken. Must have previous experience with commercial buildings and a range of appliances. The candidate will be expected to work as part of a team as well as taking sole ownership of the jobs allocated to you.Duties will include: * Service of all aspect of Commercial gas equipment, including pipework repairs. * Gas soundness testing, pressurisation sets, pumps etc. * Installations, small boiler installs, * To recognise and complete all necessary compliance records in line with legislation. * To carry out site inspections, audits and periodic checks. * Duties to include call out. * Preferably with a secondary skill such as plumbing, F gas or electrical.Qualification and experience required: * Relevant Gas qualifications available and in date. * CSCS card. * Driving licence. * Any other training records. * Significant previous experience to support other engineers and deal with client’s needs. * MEWPs.Direct employees will receive the following benefits: * Company vehicle * Enrolment to company pension scheme, matching up to 5% of earnings * Annual discretionary bonus scheme * EE mobile discount scheme * Annual leave loyalty days scheme * Corporate discount to South Staffs and / or Telford leisure membership * For the right individual we may be able to offer Air Conditioning Manufacturers training, such as Daikin, Panasonic MHI, MEUK etc
