We are currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This role will focus on generating sales opportunities, managing existing customers, and driving the sales of our products and services remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Opportunities & Monitor Territory:
    • Identify, qualify, and process sales opportunities, evaluating current demand and ensuring comprehensive coverage of your assigned territory.
  • Customer Management & Development:
    • Take ownership of defined customer accounts, managing and responding to their specific demands.
    • Develop relationships with existing customers within targeted segments, identifying growth opportunities and expanding their engagement with Jungheinrich products.
  • Promote Target Products:
    • Leverage market-driven data analysis to push key products, including service offerings, to all customers.
  • Proactive Remote Sales:
    • Independently drive sales of Jungheinrich’s core products and services through proactive customer engagement.
    • Generate and develop new sales opportunities, making informed commercial decisions at the point of sale.
  • Quotations & Negotiation:
    • Follow up on submitted quotes, negotiating terms to secure deals with customers.
    • Handle closing procedures by capturing and relaying order details (e.g., price, deviations, additional agreements).
  • Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in sales-relevant tools such as C4C/C4, Sales App, ensuring all customer and sales data is well-documented.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a sales environment, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and customer needs.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM tools like is a plus.
