This role sits at the core of the product organisation, focusing on the integrity, scale, and performance of data assets that underpin the company’s AI-driven products.You’ll collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Product peers to ensure data quality, efficiency, and consistency across hundreds of millions of data points. This position is ideal for a technically fluent Product Manager with a strong background in data systems and a passion for enabling intelligent, high-impact data products.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and evolve the data product roadmap, articulating a clear vision for the data platform.Manage and prioritise internal data initiatives that have high customer and commercial impact.Partner with engineering and science teams to ensure data quality, scalability, and cost-efficiency.Oversee data model management and ensure performance aligns with business needs.Lead discovery sessions to align business and technical priorities.Contribute to the strategy behind AI-driven search intelligence and predictive modelling.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Designers to deliver high-value data solutions.THE TEAMYou’ll join a collaborative, cross-functional product organisation comprising multiple Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers. Each PM owns a distinct area of the platform. This is an individual contributor role (hands-on and delivery-focused), ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, autonomy, and working closely with technical teams to bring impactful data products to life.SKILLS + EXPERIENCEEssential:5–10 years’ experience, including at least 3 years in Data Engineering or Data Science.Proven experience managing large-scale data platforms or complex data pipelines.Deep understanding of analytics, ML workflows, and data product development.Strong grasp of tools such as Spark, Cassandra, and Redshift.Comfortable discussing technical architecture and data systems with engineers.Strong communicator with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience working within SaaS, digital, or technology-led product companies.Demonstrable product ownership mindset — not project management.Desirable:Exposure to ML or GenAI applications within data products.Experience in digital or mobile product environments.Familiarity with Miro or similar tools for visual communication.Skilled at presenting technical concepts to commercial or cross-functional teams.HOW TO APPLYIf this sounds like the next step in your product career, please send your CV via the link below to be considered for this exciting opportunity.
