The successful candidate will: Build and strengthen Queen’s brand and marketing plans Drive growth in admissions and broaden access Cultivate donor and alumnae engagement to support our ambitious financial and educational goals The successful candidate will be someone who brings: Significant senior‐level experience in marketing, admissions and development, ideally in education or non-profit sectors; Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, data orientation, and a passion for educational values; A collaborative leadership style and the capacity to deliver results through teams.
