You will ensure that patients receive a friendly efficient and professional service. You are a crucial part of the team looking after the day-to-day running of the clinic. You will work in conjunction with The Dermatology Partnership Central Bookings and Central Admin Team.Join our Harley Street clinic located in the heart of Londons renowned medical district and become part of a highly respected team known for excellence in dermatological care. The clinic offers cutting-edge treatments in a calm professional environment supported by a team of experts who are passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin.Role Responsibilities: Set up clinics check in patients manage appointments (bookings follow-ups cancellations) and ensure clinic rooms are ready. Print schedules prescriptions and post letters; handle documentation audit trails and consultant referral/charge sheets accurately. Assist with doctors and nurses administrative needs including prescription handling and responding to queries. Understand self-funding/insured patient processes take payments/deposits process refunds and liaise with the bookings team.
