You will refer victims to partner agencies and contact approved suppliers to deliver services to victims. You will also direct referrals to appropriate colleagues to allocate Victim Support workers for further support.You will identify and manage the victims immediate service needs and contribute towards risk assessment processes and following agreed safe contact processes and recording all contact securely.The nature of service required will vary depending on individual circumstances and specified outcomes will be achieved through building trust and confidence with victims who will be vulnerable and have complex needs.Level 4 Welsh Language skills and the ability to communicate fluently through the medium of Welsh is desirable for this role.Please see attached Job Description and Person Specification for further details.About Us:Victim Support is an independent charity dedicated to supporting people affected by crime and traumatic incidents in England and Wales.
