You will provide specialist Health and Safety advice to project teams across the North West and Cumbria region for cable installations and the upgrade of overhead KV power lines.DutiesEnsure Client complies with the national statutory Health and Safety requirements.Enhance, improve and implement the existing construction safety management programme and procedures.Provide a review and oversight of construction Health and Safety management procedures, cross- evaluation of projects, sharing lessons learned / best practice, and driving continuous improvement.Assist in the identification and management of high-risk activities, working with contractors in forward safety planning.Review and assess the health and safety implications of changes during construction projects.Develop, implement and report Health and Safety management performance for each project.Carry out Health and Safety audits.Monitor compliance.Assessment of accidents, incidents and near-miss reporting.ExperienceExperience in liaising with design teams and other project professionals.
