Job Opportunity: Finishing Manager - New Build DevelopmentLocation:StocktonDuration: 8-10WeeksImmediate Start Available We are currently seeking an experiencedFinishing Managerto join a the team on a new build project in Stockton. With the structure complete, focus now shifts to managing and delivering allinternal finishing worksto a high standard over the next 8-10weeks .Role Overview:Oversee and coordinate all internal trades and subcontractors Ensure high-quality finishes throughout bedrooms, communal areas, kitchens, and facilities Manage snagging, de-snagging, and final handover stages Maintain strict adherence to health & safety regulations Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to keep to programmeRequirements:Proven experience as aFinishing ManagerorInternals Manageron New build schemes Excellent eye for detail and quality standards Confident managing multiple finishing trades (carpentry, decorating, M&E, etc.) SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid required If interested and available for this role; please apply with your CV.
