Technical Business Analyst – Permanent - £50k paPoole, Dorset (MUST live within commutable distance, as this role will be primarily onsite, with some capacity to work from home)Our client provides, innovative fully managed solutions within the automotive fleet management sector. We are searching for a Technical Business Analyst specialising in Microsoft Stack/Azure/Linux bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The position requires a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise, particularly in Microsoft technologies, Azure cloud services, and Linux environments. The Technical Business Analyst in this role can effectively assist in driving digital transformation initiatives and optimise business processes across environments.Key Responsibilities:Create detailed functional and non-functional requirements documentsCollate requirements, articulate the processWrite specification and change documentsGather and analyse business requirements from stakeholdersCoordination with stakeholders on work itemsAlign/Share updates with Project TeamMap existing systemsTranslate business needs into technical specificationsCreate detailed functional and non-functional requirements documentsDesign and propose cloud-based solutions to meet business objectivesAnalyse and optimise existing infrastructurePlan and Oversee systems integrationsIdentify integration points between different systems and platformsPropose solutions for seamless data flow between systemsSkills required to do the job:Strong Process design and understandingSolid experience in building and writing instructionsSelf-motivatedEffective Communication, ability to clearly communicate project plans, progress, and issues to stakeholdersArticulate in documentAbility to hold teams to account and drive objectivesAdaptability and Flexibility, adapt to changing project requirements.Excellent stakeholder management skills, confident communicator at all levels.Solid experience implementing and driving improvements to processes and frameworks.Managing risk, proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risk.Organisational and Time management, highly organised with exceptional time management skills ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Experience of using digital Project tools, MS Project or similar.Strong working knowledge of common IT software (Jira, MS DevOps, Power BI, Word, Excel, E Mail, Visio, Internet).Analytical and problem solving oriented.
