Field Service Engineer – Heavy Plant & EquipmentAn industry leading business specialising in Heavy Plant & Equipment are looking for a Field Service Engineer to maintain their state of the art Heavy Plant & Equipment throughout the region.Role: Field Service EngineerArea: Blackburn - Blackpool & surrounding areasSalary: £19.50 per hour (OTE £50,000-£55,000) + benefitsWhat’s on Offer:Overtime paid at time and a half or double time after 12pm Saturdays25 days annual leave + 8 days bank holidayHigh rate pension contributionsMedical and dental family health planWellbeing App offering discounts and vouchersCompany bonusesPaid door-to-doorCompany van + fuel cardLaptop and phoneLife Assurance: 4x annual salaryUniform, full PPEAnnual OEM trainingThe requirements of the Field Service Engineer will be:As Field Service Engineer, you will be required to manage the service and repair of construction equipment within your regionDiagnose mechanical faults of machinery through use of your knowledge and diagnostic equipment providedAccurate completion of paperwork and system entries based on work carried outAct as the main point of contact for the customer, providing the best and most professional service possibleWork in accordance with company health and safety standardsThe ideal candidate for Field Service Engineer will be:Qualified in an Engineering NVQ Level 3 or equivalent within Plant, Agricultural, HGV or relatedExperienced in the repair and maintenance of Heavy PlantProven hydraulic and electrical competency, with technical experience in engines and transmissionsWelding and fabrication experience is desiredStrong problem solving skillsApply online or call 0121 726 6590 for a confidential discussion / beth.jones@elitecn.co.ukElite Consultancy Network is a brand within the Executive Network Group.
