This is a full-time permanent role covering London and surrounding counties, with core working hours of Monday to Friday, 08:0017:00.You will work across a variety of domestic and commercial properties primarily within social housing and local authority sectors, carrying out surveys, installations, commissioning and remedial works identified from Fire Risk Assessments.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, modify, and commission Grade D domestic fire detection systems.Install and commission emergency lighting systems.Complete remedial works based on Fire Risk Assessment findings.Complete commissioning certificates accurately and in accordance with standards.Document all work clearly and promptly using the Oneserve mobile application.What Were Looking ForStrong knowledge of the electrical industry, including building regulationsUnderstanding of Health & Safety requirementsAbility to install and commission Grade D fire detection and emergency lighting systemsExperience working from mobile devices to complete electronic job sheetsGood practical and diagnostic skillsStrong organisation and planning abilitiesClear communication with customers and colleaguesPositive attitude, reliability, and strong timekeepingA supportive, team-first mindsetWhat You Will HaveLevel 3 Electrical Installation18th Edition Wiring Regulations (C&G 2382-18)City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection & Testing (or equivalentDesirable)Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)What We OfferAt Fixatex, we believe great work deserves great rewards.
