Night Staff Nurse (RMN) – Full time – £21.10 p/h (paid breaks) – MagherafeltA leading care provider is currently looking for an RMN registered Staff Nurse to join a friendly team of nurses on nights in the Magherafelt area. The care home boasts a highly qualified care team specialising in care for older people, including those living with dementia.This is a permanent role, offering a competitive pay rate, with paid breaks included.Role Responsibilities: * Effectively leading and supervising a multidisciplinary team responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care * Administering prescribed medicines in accordance with company's and NMC guidelines * Maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each Resident has an individualised Care Plan * Providing compassionate and respectful care to residents, promoting their dignity and independenceQualifications: * Registered Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN numberSkills Required: * Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in caring for older adults * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred carePlease note this employer can not consider candidates requiring sponsorship at this time
