This role is instrumental in supporting our pharmacy operations and delivering unparalleled customer service.Your Mission as a Pharmacy AssistantAs a vital member of our team you will: Assist in the dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist maintaining meticulous accuracy and adherence to legal requirements. Offer exceptional customer service ensuring all patients feel heard supported and valued. Contribute to the pharmacy team by maintaining an organised and efficient workflow. Manage inventory by organising stocking and ensuring the integrity of pharmaceuticals. Utilise computer systems for processing prescriptions managing stock levels and handling customer queries. Maintain a spotless and orderly pharmacy environment.Who Are We Searching ForThe ideal candidate will possess: A foundation of pharmacy knowledge with a preference for those holding an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience. Exceptional customer service skills; displaying warmth empathy and patience. A keen eye for detail ensuring the accuracy and safety of all pharmacy operations. Strong teamwork capabilities thriving in a collaborative work setting. Computer literacy comfortable with learning and utilising various pharmacy software systems.
