Join a purpose-driven team where your expertise will drive global impact and scientific advancement.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesLead strategic clinical planning and execution for assigned nuclear medicine programsProvide expert medical input into trial design regulatory documents and development plansDrive global clinical trial execution in collaboration with cross-functional teamsEnsure patient safety oversight and contribute to safety management activitiesSupport development of disease-specific clinical standards and protocolsRepresent clinical development in internal and external scientific discussionsInterpret and present clinical data to guide program decisions and regulatory strategyFoster collaboration across global teams to accelerate delivery of innovative therapiesEssential RequirementsMedical degree (MD or equivalent) with advanced clinical training in a relevant medical or scientific fieldMinimum 4 years of clinical practice experience including residencyAt least 3 years of experience in clinical research or drug development with expertise in nuclear medicineProven track record in leading clinical activities across Phases IIV in academic or industry settingsMinimum 2 years of global clinical trial execution experience in a matrixed pharmaceutical environmentStrong knowledge of oncology and ability to interpret and present clinical efficacy and safety dataFamiliarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) trial design statistics and regulatory processesPrevious global people management experience including leadership in matrix environmentsDesirable RequirementsBoard Certification in Nuclear MedicineWhy NovartisWe believe new insights perspectives and ground-breaking solutions can be found at the intersection of medical science and digital innovation.
