We are committed to building a team of curious conscious individuals dedicated to showing up standing together and being the difference between a good day and a great day.We are searching for a Part Time Sales Associates to join our York Store team to support us over the Christmas peak to start ASAP for a fixed term contract ending 1st January 2026 to work 32 or 16 hours a week.Our Sales Associates bring Belstaff to life for our customers. As a member of the team youll need to demonstrate an affinity for the brand values and for engaging customers by sharing knowledge of our heritage and product. You must be motivated by driving sales and contributing to achieving targets by building rapport and delivering an exceptional level of service whilst maintaining excellent standards throughout the store.We are looking for someone who will be responsible for;Being part of a dynamic and positive team who deliver exceptional customer serviceApproaching customers and building rapport in order to anticipate their needsConfidently showcasing product collections and sharing Belstaff stories in order to upsellSharing knowledge of services available including product care waxing and customisation and delivering aftersales supportMaintaining visual merchandising standards and stock on the shop-floor and back of houseUpholding and following Company and Store Security procedures including loss preventionParticipating in stock audits and countsLiaising with the Store Manager Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor on day to day decisionsBeing aware of and following all company rules and HSE legislationProfessionally resolving any customer queries or compaintsWe are looking for someone who has;Experience in a customer facing role ideally from within a premium/ luxury retail environmentConfidence delivering exceptional customer service The ability and desire to learn about the brand and our product Motivation and drive to achieve sales targets ideally with some previous experience of doing soAn interest in the luxury/ premium retail marketWe are looking for someone who is:Inspired by working for BelstaffProud to be a brand ambassadorKeen to make a positive contribution to the teamExcited to help us grow our businessFlexible to work at speed whilst also focussing on the detailsPositive and calm under pressureComfortable taking on instruction and feedbackCurious and keen to share ideasWhere to from hereWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
