CONTENT CREATOR OVERVIEW:

 

We are on the search for an energetic Content Creator to join our social and content team. You will live and breathe social media and have a passion for producing + editing short-form, social-based video content. Within the role you will plan, shoot, edit and produce a variety of content for our social channels, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram. You will work closely with the wider teams to develop creative ideas and concepts for our core categories and new launches to help grow our social accounts’ following and engagement while building brand awareness.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading the ideation, filming, and editing of social-first TikTok and Instagram Reel content, ensuring it excites and engages audiences while driving brand awareness.
  • Being a pioneer of content creation within the agency, inspiring innovation and championing new and exciting creative projects.
  • Developing standout content ideas that align with brand strategies and push creative boundaries.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Social, Design, and Paid Media, to ensure content seamlessly integrates into broader campaigns.
  • Staying on top of emerging trends and acting quickly to bring timely, on-brand content ideas to life.
  • Using editing programmes such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut to produce polished, professional content.
  • Organising and leading on-location shoots across the UK, capturing high-quality footage and bringing fresh perspectives to each project.
  • Capturing behind-the-scenes (BTS) moments on client shoots and TVCs, ensuring all content opportunities are maximised.
  • Working collaboratively with the Social team to report on content performance and apply learnings to future projects.
  • Partnering with the Design team to elevate visual storytelling and bring creative concepts to life.
  • Writing detailed and inspiring content briefs for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the highest quality outputs.
  • Owning the content calendar, ensuring consistency in planning, production, and delivery.
  • Being the go-to content expert in the agency, driving passion for creativity and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional work.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED FOR THE ROLE:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience shooting and editing short-form social media content, with a portfolio showcasing innovative and engaging work.
  • A passion for TikTok and Instagram content creation, with a deep understanding of platform-specific nuances and trends.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, reacting quickly to trends while maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • Highly organised, capable of juggling long-term campaign content planning alongside short-term reactive content needs, without missing a beat.
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar, with a strong eye for detail and storytelling.
  • A confident and articulate communicator, able to inspire and motivate team members or collaborators to contribute to content creation.
  • Proactive and brimming with creative ideas, consistently suggesting innovative approaches for shoots and campaigns.
  • Practical experience in posting, scheduling, and optimising content for social media, with knowledge of analytics to inform content decisions.
  • A collaborative mindset, ready to roll up your sleeves and support all areas of content creation—no task too big or small.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to thrive under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining focus and energy.
  • A natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and adapt to changing needs or unforeseen challenges.

WHAT YOU WILL GET:
