Senior Civil Pipeline Engineer required for a contract role based in Peterborough, PE2£30 per hour PAYE40 hours per weekStart as soon as possible, ongoing for 6-12 monthsAbout the roleWorking on transformational pipeline engineering projects for critical water transmission infrastructureManaging a team, undertaking technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.The right candidateComfortable with UK and international travel when requiredChartered Civil Engineer with + 2yrs relevant work experienceExperience in pipeline design delivery, including engagement of multidisciplinary design resources.Proficiency in designing within appropriate digital analysis packages, following local and national guidance. eg HADES, Inforworks, EPANET.Sound knowledge of hydraulics, pipe restraint and jointing, pipeline materials, bedding and UTX.If you are interested in this role, please apply online or for further information contact Pertemps Bristol Technical team and speak to Jaamane Ayton or James Guyatt
