The Role:

  • To provide accurate and intelligent financial reporting services & European client analysis across the Energy Management department.
  • Using financial and budget reporting expertise to ensure contract delivery to all clients who require financial and budget reporting.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Sustainable Energy First’s quality objectives and detailed knowledge of those relating to financial reporting analysis and processes.
  • Ensure all financial reporting is accurate and that any assumptions/estimate costs and data must be clearly outlined to the client.
  • Ensure that any potential impacts on the budget either short or long term are highlighted clearly to the client and are revisited as required.
  • Provide and control all financial reporting and budgets for all Energy Management clients.
  • Ensure contingencies are in place to cover sickness, leave and workload issues.
  • Support Analysts and SAMs in the delivery of the reporting whether by email, telephone, or face to face meetings.
  • Support in the validation of European client billing and reporting related to this.
  • Ensure reporting is in line with the rest of Sustainable Energy First reporting formats, working alongside the specialist reporting analysts and meeting SE First standards.
