Duties and responsibilities related totheWok Chef de Partie role

  • Ensure the wok station operates efficiently, maintaining high standards of food preparation and safety.
  • Contribute creative ideas to keep the menu fresh, exciting, and aligned with seasonal trends.
  • Follow classic Cantonese recipes while also experimenting with new wok-based creations to enhance the menu.
  • Master stir-frying, deep-frying, steaming, and other techniques specific to Cantonese wok dishes.
  • Work closely with the head chef and management to update the menu and introduce seasonal specials.
About you

Proventrack recordand experience in high-end Chinese cuisine is essential.Excellent knowledge of food trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
