Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Inclusive Primary School Oxford

  • Assisting teachers with planning and delivering tailored learning experiences for students in need of extra support.
  • Encouraging positive behavior and promoting social and emotional development in the classroom.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or in a similar role is advantageous
  • A passion for working with children and supporting those with additional learning needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A clear DBS check
  • Legal right to work within the UK
