Were currently partnering with a leading manufacturing business thats looking to appoint an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to strengthen their operations and drive continuous improvement across the site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking manufacturer that truly values quality, compliance, and safety. Our client is seeking someone who can confidently lead ISO 9001 audits while promoting a proactive Health & Safety culture throughout the organisation. The Role Reporting to senior management, the Quality Assurance Lead will take ownership of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards and customer requirements. Youll also play a key role in supporting the sites H&S agenda, ensuring best practice and legal compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage ISO 9001 internal and supplier audits Maintain and improve the QMS, driving process consistency and continuous improvement Manage non-conformance, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions Liaise with customers, suppliers, and certification bodies on quality matters Promote best practice in Health & Safety, conducting audits and risk assessments where required Provide guidance, training, and support across the business to embed a culture of quality and accountability About You Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 9001 (essential) Recognised Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) Proven background within a manufacturing or engineering environment Whats on Offer Competitive salary (up to £45,000) and benefits package The chance to lead quality and compliance initiatives in a respected, growing manufacturer Supportive culture focused on professional development and improvement Real opportunity to make a lasting impact on systems and standards If youre an experienced Quality professional looking for a fresh challenge with a business that invests in its people and processes, wed love to hear from you.
