Wherever you want to go, we’ll help you get there.BAM UK&I are looking for a Product Owner - Time and attendance to join us on a permanent basis.Making PossibleWe are seeking an experienced Product Owner to shape and execute the product vision for our enterprise‑scale Time & Attendance Management (TAM) platforms. You will own the roadmap end‑to‑end, ensuring that the solution remains intuitive for employees, trusted by HR and Finance, and technically resilient for long‑term growth.Key responsibilitiesRoadmap ownership: Define and communicate a clear short‑, mid‑ and long‑term product roadmap that aligns with overall people‑tech and finance‑tech strategies.Stakeholder partnership: Act as the primary liaison between HR, Payroll, Finance, and Technical Operations; gather requirements, translate them into user stories, agree acceptance criteria, and manage expectations.Platform health & continuous improvement: Champion usability, performance, and compliance; identify and remove pain‑points, especially where prior integration trade‑offs were made.Backlog management: Create, prioritise, and refine the product backlog; balance quick wins against strategic initiatives and technical‑debt reduction.Data‑driven decision‑making: Produce and maintain reporting, analytics and SLAs, extract insights, and adjust priorities to maximise user value and ROI.Release governance: Own sprint goals, contribute to release planning, and ensure each increment meets quality, security, and regulatory standards.Change adoption: Partner with Change & Comms teams to deliver training materials, release notes, and go‑live support.Your teamOpen to candidates in UK or IrelandRemote‑first with occasional on‑site workshops or vendor meetings.What’s in it for you?In addition to an attractive salary, we offer a significant benefits package including contributory pension, BUPA, life assurance, 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays), gym subsidy, BAM social club membership and many more exciting benefits.What do you bring to the role?5 + years in product ownership/management within HRIS, payroll, workforce management, or adjacent SaaS domains.Proven success owning a B2B or internal product roadmap from discovery through delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment.Solid grasp of enterprise integration patterns (e.g. REST/JSON, SFTP, event streams) and how to prioritise remediation of technical compromises.Demonstrated ability to balance regulatory, security, and commercial drivers while keeping the end‑user experience front and centre.Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and storytelling skills.DesirableExperience with leading TAM suites (e.g. UKG/Kronos, Ceridian Dayforce, Workday Time Tracking, ADP eTIME).Exposure to payroll processing, labour law, or time‑capture hardware.Experience working in a matrix organisation.About BAMBuilding a sustainable tomorrow.
