In this pivotal role, you’ll take full ownership of the operation, building and inspiring a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring every detail reflects the Bill’s brand. From team development to operational excellence, you’ll create a vibrant, welcoming environment that makes every visit memorable.Main Duties:Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations to optimise profitability, drive sales, and maintain high standards.Team Leadership: Build and inspire a strong team culture, providing coaching and development.Guest Experience: Deliver a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.Financial Management: Take accountability for P&L, stock control, labour management, and payroll.Compliance: Ensure food safety, health & safety, and brand standards are met.The right candidate will:Have proven experience as a Store Manager in the hospitality sector (minimum 3 years)Be passionate about leading and developing teams to achieve operational and service excellence.Demonstrate strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, stock, and payroll.Have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.Exhibit outstanding leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.Be enthusiastic about creating a positive guest experience and maintaining high standards.What we offer:We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic, growing business.
