Entertainers, a leading theatre producer and concert promoter with over 30 years of experience in the UK’s entertainment industry, is looking for a driven and creative Head of Marketing. This is a key leadership role that will shape our marketing strategies, elevate our brand, and engage audiences across the UK and internationally.


About Entertainers:


In 2024, Entertainers celebrated a major achievement when Michael and James Taylor, our father-son leadership team, were recognised on THE STAGE 100 list of the most influential people in theatre. This year alone, we promoted over 2,000 live shows, including popular productions such as CIRQUE – The Greatest Show, The Magic of Motown (now in its 20th year), and The Makings of a Murderer - among over 30 productions currently touring. 


What We’re Looking For:


We’re seeking an experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on digital marketing to lead a talented team and deliver exceptional campaigns. If you have a passion for live events and know how to create strategies that engage and grow audiences, we’d love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic marketing leadership:

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on digital channels, to drive ticket sales and audience engagement.
  • Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing to ensure campaigns remain fresh and effective.


Team management:

  • Lead and support a team of 12, including campaign, design, and digital marketing professionals, while managing relationships with third-party agencies.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative environment that encourages innovation and high performance.


Campaign and budget oversight:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that meet revenue targets.
  • Manage campaign and digital advertising budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment.


Brand management:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Work with the design team to uphold and evolve brand standards.


Performance measurement and reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Report on key metrics to senior management, showing the impact of marketing activities on business goals.
