Our team at Sellick Partnership are actively seeking a full time Complaints Coordinator for a client based in Manchester. This role will focus on receiving and managing customer complaints with a focus on complaints handling, investigation, and resolution.

Daily responsibilities of Complaints Coordinator:

  • Assisting with the investigation of complaints on behalf of customers, ensuring they are updated periodically with any progress made on their case
  • Acknowledging complaints within process timescales
  • Ensuring all complaints are effectively recorded on the inhouse database
  • Monitoring and tracking complaint cases
  • Creating customer feedback reports to analyse ongoing process improvements
  • Dealing with all ad hoc administration

Essential requirements for Complaints Coordinator:

  • Previous experience in complaints handling
  • Excellent administration experience
  • Previously worked within social housing (Preferred)
