Your Role:


Strategic Vision: Develop and refine our talent acquisition strategy, crafting innovative initiatives and robust processes to elevate our global talent acquisition team to new heights.


Candidate Experience Champion: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey from recruitment to onboarding, enhancing our employer brand and attracting top tier talent.


️ Partnership Powerhouse: Collaborate closely with operational stakeholders to understand business objectives and tailor our talent acquisition efforts accordingly, driving us closer to our goals.


‍ ‍ Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire our team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, fostering their growth and development while ensuring high performance and quality work.


Data-Driven Excellence: Analyse key metrics and trends to continuously improve our recruitment processes, identifying areas for enhancement and driving impactful change.


‍ Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with stakeholders across the business, staying informed about hiring needs and business performance to better support our talent acquisition efforts.


Reporting Rockstar: Provide regular reports on KPIs, projects, and deliverables, keeping key stakeholders in the loop and informed about our progress.


⚙️ Process Perfection: Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures to streamline our processes and share best practices with our global teams.


Innovative Sourcing: Utilize all available resources to proactively source candidates, identifying new and financially feasible sources to expand our talent pool.


Market Insight Maven: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor analysis to provide strategic guidance to our internal clients and stakeholders.


Brand Ambassador: Collaborate with our employer branding team to develop effective attraction campaigns, showcasing Evolution as an employer of choice.


Customer Service Extraordinaire: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the talent acquisition process, ensuring candidates receive the best possible experience.


Financial Stewardship: Support the preparation, monitoring, and control of the talent acquisition budget, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
