From prospecting new retailers to performance-managing existing locations, you'll be the face of Evri in your territory. Take a look at the below to understand what you'll be doing in the role: Analysing retailer data to identify underperforming agents, areas of opportunity, and track personal performance against company KPIs. Taking ownership of ParcelShop performance in your territory, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Maintaining an uncompromising focus on customer experience and driving continuous improvements in service delivery. Providing full ParcelShop training to retailers, ensuring they understand processes and use Evri equipment correctly. Identifying and recruiting new ParcelShop locations that meet operational requirements. Selling additional ParcelShop services to eligible sites to maximise network growth. Raising awareness of ParcelShop services through retailer engagement, POS updates, and local promotion activity. Acting as the main conduit for issue resolution, escalating service or operational challenges in a timely and professional manner. Still interested? Demonstrable track record of driving sales growth and achieving performance targets. Experience in motivating, supporting, and managing stakeholders. Skilled in data analysis and confident with Microsoft Excel. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to think strategically in a fast-moving environment.
