Job descriptionSalary: 13.13 an hour (FTE 25616)8 Hours Per WeekShifts Available:8:30am - 5pmSaturday and Sunday Shifts Remote with work in office (Hastings East Sussex)every 8/9 weeksJob Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join an energetic team focusing on top quality service and support for our clients and radiologists.In this role you will be acting as Medicas primary point of contact as a part of the Service Delivery Nighthawk team working in a fast-paced environment.DayHawk Call Operator key responsibilities:Communicating professionally and effectively with radiographers reporters and referrersMonitoring notification systems and tools taking action based upon observationsSupport the team leader in safeguarding reporting resourceParticipate in regular individual and team development meetingsWork closely with the technical team to resolve reporting workflow issuesUnderstand and take ownership of shift specific tasks and assist team members when neededTo diffuse and when required escalate client complaints through appropriate channelsDocument all shift related information including summaries and breached examsAdhering to and maintaining knowledge of Medica accreditation standardsWho we are:Medica is the UKs largest teleradiology provider who provide services to over 50% of the NHS with specialist reporting across the globe.
