Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of NetSuite solutions to meet business requirements
  • Analyse business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and performance
  • Customise NetSuite ERP to align with business needs, including creating custom fields, records, forms, workflows, and scripts
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for NetSuite applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Develop and deliver user training and documentation to ensure effective use of the NetSuite system to our global network of users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NetSuite with other business applications
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and optimal system performance
  • Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features and functionalities, and proactively recommend improvements
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively
  • Support the finance team with reporting, budgeting, and forecasting needs within NetSuite

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP
  • Strong understanding of ERP processes
  • Proven experience with NetSuite customisation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business requirements
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with data migration, data mapping, and data integration
  • NetSuite certification (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred

  • Knowledge of SQL and other database management tools
  • Familiarity with other ERP systems and integration platforms
