This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to shape the future success of the brand with the help of our small but dynamic retail team. You will be given real responsibility and opportunity to meaningfully grow our digital presence, make big picture strategic decisions and help shape the future of Hot Futures.You’ll take ownership of our ecommerce growth across Meta, Google Search and Email, crafting and executing full-funnel strategies, from concept to conversion and retention. You’ll be instrumental in building our digital marketing function from the ground up, introducing scalable, effective and brand-aligned acquisition systems.
