AV Commissioning Engineer 40000- 45000 Overtime BenefitsLondon Were looking for an AV Commissioning Engineer whos ready to take the next step in their career and become part of a growing forward-thinking technical team delivering high-quality audiovisual solutions across London. This role suits someone with solid hands-on commissioning experience who enjoys solving problems on site working closely with project teams and building their technical expertise across a variety of modern AV technologies. About the Role Youll be responsible for bringing newly installed AV systems to life making sure everything functions smoothly meets the project brief and is handed over professionally to the client. Your day-to-day work will involve: Setting up testing and fine-tuning AV and video-conferencing systems. Checking installations identifying issues and coordinating fixes with the wider team. Carrying out configuration work both on site and at the workshop. Working alongside programmers to ensure control interfaces and DSP settings meet requirements. Reviewing drawings and documentation and updating technical records after commissioning. Supporting clients and providing guidance during system handover and training. Assisting with occasional maintenance or follow-up visits after project completion. What Youll Bring Experience commissioning AV systems in commercial environments. Strong understanding of audio/video signal flow and general networking principles. Confidence troubleshooting technical issues. Clear communication and a collaborative approach to working with installers PMs and clients. A desire to continue developing your skills and industry knowledge. Experience with DSPs or control platforms is a bonus but not essential training and development will be provided.
