From team leadership to customer service and visual standards, you'll help ensure the store delivers an outstanding experience every day.Key responsibilities include:Driving daily operations and delivering store KPIsLeading and developing the retail teamProviding excellent customer service at every touchpointSupporting with recruitment, onboarding, and team trainingMaintaining high standards in visual merchandising and stock controlEnsuring compliance with company policies and proceduresAbout You:To succeed in this Assistant Manager role, you'll have a strong background in retail management and a passion for fashion.
