Our technology enables insurers to collect driving data cost-effectively while helping customers improve their driving behavior and reduce risk.Role PurposeWe are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to join our delivery operations team responsible for translating complex business requirements into actionable development plans across our mobile telematics platform. This role requires strong technical understanding combined with excellent stakeholder management skills to coordinate delivery across multiple development teams serving the insurance telematics industry.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Quality ManagementAnalyze and validate technical requirements from client onboarding and change requestsReview requirements against quality standards to ensure deliverable outcomesProvide feedback to stakeholders on requirement feasibility and completenessTechnical Translation & PlanningTransform business requirements into user stories technical tasks and comprehensive test strategiesCreate detailed implementation plans for development and QA teamsEstablish realistic delivery timelines and proactively manage milestone achievementStakeholder Communication & CoordinationMaintain clear regular communication with internal and external stakeholdersProvide structured progress reports and escalate delivery risks appropriatelyCoordinate customer testing phases and manage feedback collection processesMulti-Team Delivery ManagementOrchestrate delivery activities across SDK Mobile Configuration and Infrastructure teamsManage cross-functional dependencies and integration pointsOversee defect resolution workflows and ensure quality delivery outcomesProvide technical support to business areas throughout the delivery lifecycleEssential Skills & ExperienceTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery processesExperience with technical requirements analysis and documentationProficiency with JIRA for project tracking and workflow managementKnowledge of mobile application development concepts (iOS/Android)Experience with test plan creation defect management and quality assurance processesProject Management & CoordinationProven experience in project planning timeline estimation and resource allocationStrong multi-team coordination and dependency management capabilitiesRisk identification mitigation strategies and change management experienceTrack record of successful delivery across complex technical environmentsCommunication & LeadershipExcellent technical communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience in client relationship management and stakeholder consultationStrong facilitation workshop and requirements gathering experienceConflict resolution and negotiation capabilities with proven resultsIndustry & Domain KnowledgeUnderstanding of mobile telematics and insurance industry applications preferredExperience with trip capture technology driving behavior analysis or risk assessment advantageousKnowledge of multi-channel communication systems (email SMS mobile apps) beneficialPreferred Qualifications3 years experience in technical delivery management or similar roleExperience in insurance telematics or mobile technology sectorsPrevious experience with customer-facing technical implementationsPersonal AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent attention to detail with customer-focused mindsetAbility to work independently while maintaining team collaborationAdaptability to fast-paced evolving technical requirementsProactive approach to identifying and resolving delivery challengesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work with cutting-edge mobile telematics technologyCollaborative environment with experienced technical teamsProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesFlexible working arrangementsChance to make a real impact on road safety and insurance innovationApplication ProcessPlease submit your CV along with a cover letter explaining your interest in mobile telematics and technical delivery management.
