To be the multimedia specialist in our internal comms team, crafting compelling content that drives our strategic priorities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce visually impactful material that resonates with our audience.Lead the production of live events that enhance participant and presenter experiences.Forge relationships across the airline to deliver content that captivates our internal audience.Drive our multimedia content strategy, revitalising our internal channels for maximum engagement.Ideal Experience: Have owned a mixed media content calendar, ensuring alignment with internal comms plans.Managed the end-to-end production process, from planning to delivery.Utilised feedback and metrics to continuously improve content effectiveness.Deployed assets across internal channels and managed relationships with production stakeholders.Key Skills:Familiarity with editing tools and platforms like Adobe Creative Suite, Workplace, Microsoft Office, and Vimeo.Extensive experience in mixed media production within a fast-paced environment.Exceptional organisational skills and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.Proven track record of content creation and a passion for innovation
