Sales Manager nVent HOFFMAN

The Sales Manager implements plans, promotes the product portfolio, delivers on the set objectives, and maintains the desired perceptions in their respective geographical market/markets.
- Ensure the sales deployment directions provided by the VP of Sales, Europe are reflected in the staffing of the sales company
- Prepare a sales and margin budget, expense budget, or forecast
- Ensure the accurate price list and pricing procedures are implemented
- Recruit, mentor, and direct the Sales team, while closely collaborating with the Sales Support Manager.
- Build and implement an action-based local Marketing and Sales Plan
- Conduct joint customer visits with the team members, to ensure good relationships with customers and supervise the field sales staff's performance
- Lead wholesalers relationships, in regards to agreements, bonuses, rebates, data management, etc
YOU HAVE:
- Ideally a background in electrical engineering or industrial automation
- Previous experience in industrial sales, mainly in the low-voltage sector, locally & international
- Experience in leading teams, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner.
- Proven ability to work in an international context.
- Great negotiating skills, used in collaborating with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, influence, rationale, and tact both internally and externally in a selling environment..
- You are an initiator, strongly oriented towards growth and business drive
