What you will do You will be to act as the Learning Program Manager for the delivery of the BEST Learning program supporting our Field Technicians for the fast-paced Johnson Controls.This role will have the opportunity to partner with the business to support the recruitment & retention of technicians with diverse backgrounds & experiences and to grow a team of technical instructors with the goal of building a gold standard learning experience for our new recruits and delivering highly productive and engaged technical talent to the business.You will have a passion for learning and all things technical and will be able to take that passion to deliver quality content to a diverse group of learners. You will be a self starter who wants to continuously improve & create new learning programs. You will also closely partner with other members of the learning team globally. Your team will touch employees distributors and customers.How you will do itField experience working with JCI HVAC& IREF products & systems install & service in the field and customersExperience training colleagues customers & partners on JCI HVAC& IREF productsProject Management ability to plan deploy and measure learning programs & deliveryCommunicate and manage learning timelines deliverables dependencies and risks across a spectrum of teams and stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to create content rapidly and leverage learning technology to build and deploy accessible relevant useful content.Work closely with the L&D Leaders to ensure that the learning experience and content are useful and relevant for diverse learning audience(s)Partner with other Program Leads globally to share best practices collaborate and drive consistency across the organization as we work to operationalize our L&D offeringsUse strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of managers instructors SMEs and internal clients. Ensure lessons learned and best practices from previous learning initiatives and deployments are captured and implemented into cross functional projects.Help implement metrics and evaluation protocols for learning deliverables in region. Fostering a growth mind set and supporting the career growth and development of all learning team membersLearn on a day-to-day basis about how our equipment and strategies work to conserve energy and protect our environmentWhat we look forRequiredExtensive experience in Project/Program Management to support program management scheduling communications deliveryPrevious experience from Learning and Development rolePervious experience in supporting teams who deploy learning across the EMEALA regionIndustry experience in a related fieldExperience collaborating with instructors SMEs learning professionals product managers vendors program managers and stakeholdersStrong writing and communication skills in English and French languagePreferred Field experience working with IREF/ HVAC understanding of HVAC & IREF products & systems install & service in the field and with customers in any relevant role technician engineer sales engineer product support or front-line manager with demonstrated interest in training & supporting colleagues to build knowledge & enhance performance.Strong writing and communication skills in Dutch languageExperience in delivering trainingsExperience working in multinational organization#LI-MP1#LI-Hybrid Key Skills Apprentice,Cost Accounting,IT Help Desk,IT Infrastructure,Datastage,AC Maintenance Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
