If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a respected forward-thinking company wed like to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely and efficiently operate 360 excavators to carry out a range of groundwork activities including digging strip foundations drainage and bulk earthworks.Demonstrate precision and attention to detail in finishing works such as topsoil placement levelling type 1/crushed stone installation and road formation.Work confidently with trench boxes manhole boxes drag boxes and trench sheets.Read and interpret site drawings levels and setting-out information accurately.Understand and comply with dig permit requirements prior to breaking ground.Work safely around live services demonstrating knowledge of service avoidance techniques.Complete daily pre-start safety inspections and maintenance checks reporting any issues promptly to site management.Carry out routine greasing cleaning and minor maintenance to ensure plant is kept in excellent condition.Take pride in the machinery you operatetreating it with care and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and upkeep.Manage time effectively working proactively to support the overall site programme.Desirable Experience & QualificationsExperience or familiarity with GPS/machine control systems.Valid CPCS or NPORS* card for 360 Excavator operation.Additional CPCS/NPORS* qualifications for other plant such as Telehandler Dumper or Roller.5 years experience operating 360 Excavators in groundwork and/or civil engineering environments.(*NPORS cards must be CSCS-affiliated.)General ExpectationsMust be able to operate 8T/14T MachinesReliable punctual and professional in all aspects of work.Able to collaborate effectively with other trades and site personnel.Committed to working safely and maintaining quality and productivity standards.Must have the legal right to work in the UK.Why Join CoinfordWork with an established company recognised for excellence in groundworks and concrete frames.Be part of a professional safety-focused team delivering high-quality projects.Opportunities for ongoing training development and progression.* Please note that to comply with client requirements we can only accept NPORS cards affiliated with CSCS and carrying the CSCS hologram.
